Customer Service / Call Center Representative

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer service calls, resolve inquiries, authorize sales, and manage customer accounts.

Basic Qualifications

1 - 2 years of customer service or military equivalent experience (within the last 7 years).

Intermediate computer skills (typing while talking, navigating multiple systems, using MS Office and search tools).

Candidates must be available to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and flexible to work 1 day on the weekend

Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

Preferred Qualifications

1 + years of experience in banking/finance, call centers, or remote environments.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.

Adaptable to ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and technical changes.

Project is budgeted for 120 days
