Assembly (XY)

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills/experiences:

• Assembly experienced for at least 2 years
• Have potential to advance into other promotion opportunities
• Have experience with caliper, micrometers, hand tools, able to assemble by SOP's instruction with training
• 
  

  Excellent work history

  
  
• Must have attention to detail working with remembering a lot of different parts and what is assembled to each part
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime as required
• Set up and operate another machine tool during machining cycles
• Set or reset machine to required machining sequence to machine parts in tolerance
• Inspect parts per specifications
• Read and interpret assembly drawing specifications
• Machine operations - running saws, and other machines
• Adjust machine settings to machine parts according to specifications and to maximize machining capabilities
• Start machine and observe cutting operations
• Select appropriate set up tooling and fixtures for machines
• Determine accuracy of machine operations
• Produce parts within required tolerances.
