Schedule and Training
  • The schedule may include weekends and late-night shifts, such as Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 PM-3:00 AM. This is only an example; candidates must be prepared to work all assigned shifts.
  • 4 weeks of mandatory onsite training will be provided Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
  • Missing one day of training will delay onboarding and affect the entire training class.
  • After four weeks of training, once the sponsor determines that the new hire can work independently, a hybrid schedule may be discussed. The anticipated hybrid schedule is two days working from home and three days in the office.
Description
  • The incumbent will work within the Criminal Response Team in a high-volume environment. This role supports law enforcement requests for customer records related to life-threatening situations by answering calls, authenticating callers, and providing the required records in accordance with applicable laws and company procedures.
  • The specialist will validate, log, and respond to subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants served upon the company for customer records. The role requires accurate case documentation, end-to-end case management, sound judgment, and the ability to independently problem-solve while working under pressure.
Responsibilities
  • Handle calls from the law enforcement community regarding 24/7/365 emergency and high-priority matters.
  • Authenticate callers before providing customer records.
  • Validate, log, document, and respond to legal processes, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants.
  • Ensure all cases are accurately documented and managed from intake through completion.
  • Enter customer and account information from source documents into workflow management systems.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and verify completed work.
  • Manage high-priority tasks effectively while following compliance guidelines.
  • Determine when matters should be escalated or referred to management.
  • Communicate professionally with law enforcement personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Apply knowledge of basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service or dispatch-like experience in handling high-volume calls of a dynamic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
  • Proficient typing and transcription skills.
  • Computer and technical skills.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Paralegal certification is not required; however, legal background, education, or experience is preferred.
  • Ability to apply for government clearance.
  • Ability and willingness to work all shifts, including weekends and late-night hours.
