What You Will Do HR Technology Governance (Digital) Intern: Lisle, IL We are seeking an HR Technology Governance Intern to join the Digital - HR Systems team in Lisle IL and lead the next release of the Molex HR Technology Governance process. The HR team launched this process in July 2026 to bring alignment, transparency, and better decision-making to technology investments across our regions and business divisions. It went live with a governance SharePoint site, an intake form for digital requests, and a request inventory that the HR management team uses to triage and review submissions. This first release is treated as a starting point rather than a finished product, and you will own the next one: making the intake experience easier for requesters, and giving the HR management team better capability to triage, prioritize, and decide on incoming requests. It is a great opportunity to run an IT project end to end, while learning how a global enterprise governs technology investment. Your focus areas will include: * Learning the current HR technology governance process and the technology behind it, including the intake form, the SharePoint site, and the request inventory. * Interviewing stakeholders across HR, IT, and the regions to capture feedback on the first year of the process, and turning it into a set of prioritized improvements. * Designing and proposing an enhanced intake and review solution that improves the requester experience and gives the HR management team the ability to triage, prioritize, review, and track requests through to a decision, enabled by technology including but not limited to Microsoft Power Apps. * Building the solution, testing it with users, and refining it based on their feedback before release. * Creating the enablement package: updated process documentation and a quick-reference guide, training materials for requesters and reviewers, and a communications plan to promote the new release across HR. * Presenting to HR and digital leadership, walking through and demonstrating the solution. Network Engineering Intern: Wichita, KS. Gain hands-on experience with network automation, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and DevOps while contributing to real-world projects that improve, secure, and scale global infrastructure.
