Location: Berea, KY

Pay Rate: $15.50 - $15.90 per hour

Schedule:Monday-Friday | Overtime mandatory as needed

• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Looking for Weld Assembler jobs in Berea where your welding skills help build quality products? This opportunity lets you apply your craftsmanship to fabricate, join, and repair metal components while supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

• Operate various welding machines including spot, projection, MIG, and TIG welders
• Load parts into welding machines and initiate weld cycles using machine controls
• Remove completed parts and inspect for weld quality and defects
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Complete production and quality-related documentation accurately
• Follow workplace safety procedures and production requirements

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level position
• Experience performing welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or other metals.
• Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of welding equipment setup, welding techniques, and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to accurately measure, fit, and prepare materials prior to welding.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
