What You'll Do:



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and a department.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars with precision.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and various logistical arrangements.
  • Maintain meticulous filing systems and records, ensuring information is accessible and secure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for phone communications, directing calls and handling inquiries efficiently.
  • Oversee budget management and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Generate essential reports to support departmental decision-making.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Proactively obtain and manage office supplies.
  • Engage in special projects, requiring a high degree of multitasking and prioritization to drive initiatives forward.


What You'll Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Strong communication and organizational skills, essential for a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability in scheduling, coordinating, filing, and managing phone communications.
  • A strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven capability to access and manage databases, generate reports, and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively within a dynamic front office environment.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Previous office experience.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office.
