Join a pioneering force in the technology industry, a global leader committed to driving innovation and shaping the future of digital experiences. This organization empowers businesses worldwide to achieve more through cutting-edge solutions and strategic partnerships. We are seeking a visionary leader to join this dynamic environment and make a significant impact.

About the Role: Drive Partner Success and Business Growth

Step into a pivotal leadership role where you will be at the forefront of driving technology sales and partner business success. This isn't just a management position; it's an opportunity to build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team that fuels revenue generation through strategic partner engagements. You will directly influence market penetration, operational excellence, and the overall growth trajectory by empowering partner sales engines and fostering robust relationships. If you're passionate about leading teams, crafting go-to-market strategies, and achieving measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced technology landscape, this is your chance to make a profound impact.

This role is crucial for scaling sales operations, ensuring consistent partner effectiveness, and achieving ambitious revenue goals. You will contribute to key initiatives by:

  • Leading and developing a team of quota-carrying sellers, ensuring their consistent effectiveness in supporting partner sales efforts.
  • Owning the aggregate revenue performance and strategic coverage model for a portfolio of partners.
  • Driving operational excellence through consistent business rhythms, pipeline management, and KPI attainment.
  • Cultivating executive-level relationships with partner sales leadership to foster joint growth agendas and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and cultivate a team of sellers, providing comprehensive onboarding, ongoing coaching, defined development plans, and clear performance expectations to foster a culture of recognition and shared learning.
  • Manage and drive overall portfolio revenue, including year-over-year growth commitments, goal allocation, pipeline forecasting, and implementing corrective strategies for coverage, aging, or conversion gaps.
  • Orchestrate the business rhythm through weekly pipeline and lead follow-up inspections, monthly business reviews, and ensuring accountability for account lists, lead response times, and standardized sales assets and reporting.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner sales leadership, championing joint growth initiatives and effectively representing performance, risks, and strategic asks to internal leadership.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational design efforts, including shaping advanced AI sales programs, optimizing AI device positioning, directing analytics investments for targeted account lists, and refining lead management processes with closed-loop reporting.

Making an Impact: How Success is Measured

Your success in this role will be measured by tangible contributions to business growth and team performance:

  • Weekly: Achievement of pipeline coverage against quarterly goals and adherence to follow-up discipline by team members.
  • Monthly: Attainment of portfolio revenue targets and year-over-year growth, overall team attainment (share at or above goal, time to correct performance), and account coverage.
  • Quarterly: Team capability development, including successful onboarding and ramp-up of new sellers, certification of partner sellers, and team retention rates.

What You'll Bring: Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent practical training.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing people, specifically quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Proven track record in channel or partner sales, with expertise in device, hardware, or commercial IT sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets by empowering and enabling others.
  • Proficiency in deal registration, special pricing, incentive programs, and reseller alliance terms.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities, including coverage models, propensity analysis, attainment metrics, and ROI assessment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with modern work environments, including proficiency with virtual desktop infrastructure such as Microsoft Virtual Desktop.

Ideal Candidate: Qualifications That Set You Apart

The most successful candidates will also possess:

  • A history of building and leading high-performing sales teams in ambiguous environments, including the development of new programs and AI-driven sales motions.
  • Strong executive presence, capable of fostering influential relationships with partner leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Extensive operational experience driving sales execution and business performance.
  • Proven expertise in pipeline management, quote management, and KPI-driven work.
