Status: This is a full-time; salaried position
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6am - 3:30pm & Friday: 6am - 10:30am

JOB SUMMARY: Maintain the quality control to ensure accurate production, rough stock inventory, sales, financial support, and compliance information across supported operations. Serve as a central administrative and systems resource for quarry, administrative and operational personnel and management while identifying and implementing practical improvements that reduce duplicate entry, improve data quality, and automate recurring work.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Update specific department metrics and support the data processing teams.
  • Maintain JDE rough stock and block records for supported locations, including corrections, errors, resizes, saw-cut information, and related inventory transitions.
  • Review production reports for supervisors and managers, including JDE and Excel reporting, Jetty totals, loaf-progress true-ups, sustainability block reporting, and month-end production review.
  • Verify receiving into designated locations, investigate discrepancies, and support accurate inventory reconciliation.
  • Provide day-to-day support to personnel for paperwork, JDE errors, production records, inventory questions, sales processing, accidents or incident-routing questions, and other operational administrative needs.
  • Use Excel, JDE, Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, AI tools, and other approved systems to reduce manual entry, standardize information, and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Document processes, maintain work instructions, identify recurring errors, and recommend whether work should be eliminated, simplified, automated, or reassigned.
  • Assist in the review and application of continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • JDE or comparable ERP transaction experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including structured tables, lookups, reconciliation, and data cleanup.
  • Ability to learn and use Power BI, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint, and other approved reporting or workflow tools.
  • Understanding inventory movement, rough stock/block records, sales and invoicing processes, production reporting, and month-end reconciliation.
  • Ability to use approved AI tools, data review, process documentation, and workflow improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while processing a high volume of transactions.
  • Ability to work independently, organize competing priorities, and determine urgency in an operational environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with practical judgement regarding safety, inventory, customer services, and financial impact.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for supporting field personnel, supervisors, managers, sales, accounting, and other departments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle operational, employee, customer, and financial information appropriately.
  • General math, reconciliation, and date-validation skills.
