Your Role

The People Analytics and Reporting team delivers workforce data, reporting, and analytics that enable informed business decisions, support People and Engagement strategy, and improve organizational effectiveness. The People Analytics and Reporting Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, People Analytics and Reporting. In this role, you will partner with People and Engagement and business stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable workforce insights, ensure data integrity, and support strategic decision-making through analytics and reporting. You will play a key role in identifying workforce trends, improving reporting processes, and driving data-informed outcomes across the organization.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Requires 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred experience in leveraging AI-powered tools and automation technologies to improve reporting efficiency, accelerate analysis, generate insights, and enhance decision-making.
  • Preferred experience in working with Workday Reporting, Workday People Analytics, Prism Analytics, or similar HR technology platforms to develop dashboards, reports, and workforce insights.
  • Preferred experience designing dashboards, self-service reporting solutions, or workforce analytics tools that enable business users to access workforce insights independently.
  • Preferred experience supporting workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent, or executive workforce reporting initiatives.

Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
