Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse Location: Warwick, RI Pay: $2,630-$2,830 per week Position Overview The Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse provides compassionate nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. This role monitors maternal and newborn health, assists with childbirth, and delivers care consistent with established patient care standards. Job Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients. Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery. Assist with childbirth and support the healthcare team during delivery. Provide postpartum care and monitor the recovery of mothers and newborns. Educate patients and families about childbirth, recovery, and newborn care. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in Epic. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience or equivalent. Experience using Epic is required. Current Rhode Island Registered Nurse license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications. Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification preferred. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
