What We Are Looking For



  • 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial construction
  • Experience independently managing commercial construction projects up to $2M from preconstruction through closeout
  • Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, cost projections, cash flow, buyout, and change management
  • Broad knowledge of building systems, construction methods, contract terms, project risk, and sequencing
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships while serving as a trusted point of contact


What You'll Do

As a Project Manager within Findorff's Special Project Group, you'll independently lead projects from early planning through closeout while building strong relationships with clients, project teams, and trade partners. You'll combine technical construction expertise, financial leadership, and client service to help deliver exceptional project experiences and results.



  • Lead Projects from Start to Finish: Guide projects from early planning and preconstruction through completion, including budgeting, bidding, procurement, contracts, RFIs, submittals, schedules, meetings, documentation, and closeout activities.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, understand their goals and expectations, proactively address concerns, and help create a positive owner experience throughout the project.
  • Manage Project Financials: Lead buyout, subcontractor and change order negotiations, forecasting, cost control, monthly financial reporting, and owner payment processes.
  • Partner with Field Teams: Work closely with Superintendents and field personnel to support scheduling, safety, quality, productivity, and project execution.
  • Lead and Develop Others: Help organize and guide project teams, delegate effectively, mentor and coach others, and create an environment built on accountability, respect, and collaboration.
  • Support Business Development: Build relationships, participate in client and proposal opportunities, support interviews, and represent Findorff in the community.
