This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered. The Business Process Reengineering (BPR)/Policy Analyst provides the Army Office of Energy Initiatives (OEI) with policy, program, and business analysis support. The role combines energy policy research with organizational and operational analysis to help leadership interpret external requirements, improve internal processes, and make informed decisions.
