  • Define, monitor, and report key logistics KPIs across cost, service, capacity, transportation, and distribution center performance
  • Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that provide greater visibility into global logistics performance
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready presentations
  • Identify cost-saving and service-improvement opportunities and help quantify their potential business impact
  • Support logistics forecasting and budgeting by analyzing historical trends, business demand, transportation costs, and operational requirements
  • Provide analytical support for strategic sourcing initiatives, carrier and 3PL evaluations, service-level planning, and contract decisions
  • Support logistics network optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across Pelican's global operations
  • Partner with Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Operations, IT, Customer Service, and external providers to solve business challenges
  • Develop business cases and scenario analyses that help leadership evaluate strategic logistics decisions and investments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, distribution, financial analysis, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience analyzing transportation, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or operational costs.
  • Strong proficiency with large data sets, analytical modeling, Microsoft Excel, and enterprise systems such as SAP ERP.
  • Experience with BI, visualization, SQL, TMS, WMS, or supply chain technology platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, structure ambiguous business questions, and deliver actionable recommendations.
