In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external H&S requirements on Hearne's 1st shift. This position will support the H&S Manager in understanding and strategically reducing H&S risk to Hearne via proactive and continuous improvement efforts. A primary focus of this position will be ensuring EHS and job task training is effective and completed on 1st shift. This role may also assist with safety training and incident management. Responsibilities
Responsible for all safety compliance including: Good catch reporting, day-to-day incident management/investigations/follow-up, EHS Corrective action tracking & closure, safety inspections

As of the post date, the salary range for this position is: Min USD $70,300.00/Yr. Max USD $83,000.00/Yr. This role may be eligible to participate in the Company's short-term incentive plan, the details of which will be provided to the applicant upon hire. This range is a reasonable estimate and takes into account several factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, geographic location, skill set, experience, education, training, internal equity, and other business needs. | |||||||
