Title: Regulatory Analyst

Location: Hershey, PA (Hybrid OR Remote)

Duration: 18 Months

Shift: 08:00 am to 04:30 pm


Job Description:

Regulatory Analyst would be responsible for reviewing basic regulatory information to ensure accuracy between reference information and graphic/database content. Position requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, data validation, collaboration, and time management.Individual would also be responsible for tracking discrepancies and working with internal leadership and our 3rd party vendor to ensure continuous improvement in data quality.

Main Duties:

Review and proofread graphic/database content to ensure consistency with reference information.

Apply analytical thinking to interpret data patterns and trends and logical reasoning to assess data integrity.

Utilize data validation techniques to cross-check between different data sources, using both automated and manual review processes.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accurate review of all information.

Document any inconsistencies and perform analyses on trends and issues for escalation to leadership.

Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Typical Day:

Review of graphic/database content to reference information to ensure accurate translation of material. Data management, including the logging of errors or discrepancies and analysis of trends for escalation to leadership. Communication with Regulatory teams to ensure accurate representation of all products.
