Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read work instructions, shipping labels, and warehouse documentation. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, order picking, distribution, or material handling experience preferred. Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) is highly desirable. Experience working in a fast-paced fulfillment, logistics, or distribution center environment is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Ability to work independently while meeting productivity goals. Dependable attendance and a strong safety mindset. Experience handling food, retail, packaging, or consumer products preferred. Physical Capabilities Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing 20-50 pounds throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move continuously in a warehouse environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with consistent physical activity. Job Duties Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to safely and efficiently move products throughout the warehouse. Perform case order picking by selecting and palletizing full-case products according to customer orders. Build stable pallets by properly stacking products based on size, weight, and shipping requirements. Ensure Starbucks store locations receive the correct ingredients, retail merchandise, and packaging materials needed for daily operations. Verify order accuracy and maintain high quality standards while meeting productivity expectations. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Support shipping and fulfillment operations to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
