This role leads complex analytical efforts to generate insights, influence decisions, and enhance data capabilities. This role partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions and drives improvements in reporting and analytics practices.

Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:

What You'll Do:

  • Design and deliver advanced analytics, dashboards, and data models to support key decisions
  • Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks, metrics, and insights
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Integrate diverse data sources to create comprehensive and actionable views of performance
  • Partner with stakeholders to align analytical solutions with strategic priorities
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to BI tools, processes, and data structures
  • Contribute to the definition and standardization of metrics, KPIs, and reporting approaches
  • Perform deep-dive analyses and prototype solutions to test hypotheses and inform decisions
  • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced analysts

Essential Skills:

  • Required Education: Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Required Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data tools, and analytical methodologies
  • Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124

Target Compensation:$93,000-$111,500 + annual bonus

Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm (Hybrid)
