Senior Transformation & Change Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior transformation and change professional who can turn strategic initiatives into

practical programs, communications, experiences, and campaigns that drive adoption. This role requires a

strong combination of strategic thinking, storytelling, creativity, stakeholder management, and hands-on

execution in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with senior stakeholders to develop change and adoption strategies.

* Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans and narratives.

* Develop communications, campaigns, workshops, and engagement activities that support adoption.

* Create audience-centered approaches that increase engagement and participation.

* Lead initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain alignment across stakeholders.

* Develop repeatable approaches and frameworks that can be applied across initiatives.

* Measure effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative feedback.

* Bring structure and direction to complex or ambiguous business challenges.

Qualifications

* 10+ years of relevant experience across transformation, change, consulting, strategy, product,

marketing, communications, innovation, or related work.

* Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives from strategy through execution.

* Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong storytelling, presentation, and facilitation capabilities.

* Experience driving adoption, engagement, or behavioral change.

* Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

* Comfort operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.

* Strong creative problem-solving and execution skills.

* Must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC and able to work in a hybrid environment.
