APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Support the design, development, integration, verification, and testing of advanced space-based systems. Develop and analyze system requirements, architectures, interfaces, and performance models. Collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and systems engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Support digital signal processing (DSP) algorithm development and system performance analysis. Perform statistical analysis, modeling, simulation, and validation of complex space and communications systems. Support hardware integration, prototype development, system test activities, and hardware-in-the-loop environments. Participate in Agile development activities and cross-functional program execution. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, test engineering, or space systems development. 3+ years of experience supporting requirements development, system architecture, verification, validation, or requirements management activities. 3+ years of experience working with digital signal processing, communications systems, RF systems, or related technologies. 3+ years of experience using engineering analysis, modeling, simulation, or systems engineering tools. Experience working in Agile development environments. What Sets You Apart: Experience with Python development and engineering analysis tools. Experience supporting SmallSat or CubeSat development programs. Experience with FlatSat environments, hardware prototype development, hardware integration, or hardware-in-the-loop testing. Electrical engineering background with a focus on communications systems or digital signal processing. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Agile hardware, software, or firmware development practices. Experience with Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), SysML, MagicDraw, or Cameo. Experience supporting space payload design, development, integration, and testing. Knowledge of Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes Analysis, Communications Theory, or Information Theory. Experience with MATLAB and related DSP toolboxes. Knowledge of radar processing, RF signal processing, Monte Carlo analysis, phased arrays, or beamforming technologies. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen. Overtime: May be required based on program schedules and business needs.
