Overview Under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI) or designee, the Research Associate I provides operational support to the laboratory. The Research Associate I will perform research experiments as defined by the PI. The Chandraker Lab is seeking a Research Associate-I to support two core research areas: the expansion of regulatory T cells (Tregs) from kidney transplant recipients, including characterization of the expanded cells and their exosomes, and the development of an epithelial cell model to study MUC1 kidney disease. Responsibilities include patient sample collection, processing, and storage; cell culture; flow cytometry; cell-based assays; and general lab maintenance. Responsibilities Responsibilities
