Job summary

The Marketing Specialist, Paid Media is responsible for setting up and managing paid media campaigns, focusing on search engine marketing (SEM) and app campaigns. This role involves monitoring campaign performance, optimizing audience targeting, and supporting media planning and reporting within an agile team environment.

Responsibilities

• Upload and schedule campaigns through various paid ad platforms including Google Ads, Apple Ads, and YouTube.
• Monitor digital media buys against KPIs, benchmarks, and pacing.
• Update and deliver reports to internal teams.
• Generate audience targeting ideas, build campaigns, and recommend optimizations.
• Share findings, data, and campaign suggestions proactively.
• Ensure campaign data accuracy in reporting and flag inconsistencies.
• Support management and administration of advertising campaigns.
• Assist in brand awareness campaign planning.
• Execute special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-3 years of hands-on paid media experience in an in-house media team or agency.
• Experience with SEM ad platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Ads, and Bing.
• Experience with mobile app attribution platforms such as Kochava.
• Understanding of media math.
• Media planning experience.
• Advanced knowledge of G-suite.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Schedule

• On-site full time, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
