Provides scheduling and calendar support for the Ombuds Office, assists in both the development and delivery of educational and outreach materials on behalf of the Office, including public speaking engagements regarding the Office. Manages Office financial transactions and budget reconciliation process. Serve as initial point of contact for the Office; assists with managing visitor intake process and tracking Office statistics. Target hiring range for this position will be between $55,000-$60,000 per year.
