Electric Operations Leadership Talent Pipeline General Summary of Job Responsibilities Consumers Energy is building a pipeline of current and future leaders to support Low Voltage Distribution Operations across the organization. We are seeking candidates with experience leading or background in electric transmission, distribution, metering, customer field services, construction, maintenance, restoration, training, and operational support functions. Positions may be filled at the Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager, Director, or Executive Director level based on qualifications, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and business needs. As an Electric Operations Leader, you will provide leadership for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of electric service while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, operational standards, and company policies. Depending on level, responsibilities may range from leading front-line operations teams to influencing statewide strategy, operational performance, workforce planning, customer service, storm restoration, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness. #LI-TR1 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Depending on level and assignment, responsibilities may include:
