Job Summary:
Lab testing of electric drive components and systems - performance and durability testing, failure / root cause investigation.

Typical task breakdown:
Conduct detailed inspections and root cause investigation into motor and generator failures. Inspections involve hands-on work, consisting of electrical checks, visual inspections, x-ray review, material and fluid analysis

Education & Experience Required:
-Years of experience: 1-2 years experience, can accept masters, associate degree 4-5 years
-Degree requirement: BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering
