This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic. Drivers on this fleet are averaging $90,000 a year and we are offering a $5,000 sign on bonus for a limited time.

Job Details:

• $0.54-$0.58 cents per mile
• No touch stop pay:   $30 per stop
• Driver unload stop pay:   $45 per stop
• Doubles loads:   $25 per load
• Outsource work:   $200-$400 per day
• New hire training pay: $20 per hour.  $30 per hour for overtime
• Holiday pay: $300 per day
