Full-Time Summer Internship | Olathe, KS

10 week program

SUMMARY

We're looking for interns who want to do real work. You'll take on projects with real deliverables and real impact, working alongside department leaders who want to see you grow. This year, we have internship opportunities in P&P/Supply Chain, Marketing, Automation, Sales, Ecommerce, HR Engineering, HR, Talent Development, and Accounting/Finance.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take on projects that let you apply what you've learned in school to real business problems, with deliverables that make a visible impact on the company.

• The opportunity to present your projects and findings to Senior Leadership during our end of Summer wrap-up.

• Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to move projects forward.

• Contribute to research, analysis, and process improvement work that matters to the team.

• Build reports, presentations, and documentation that get used, not filed away.

• Learn the software, tools, and systems your department relies on every day.

• Take part in team meetings and strategic planning discussions.

• Grow your skills through training and professional development opportunities.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university; rising juniors and above preferred.

• Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.

• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or department-specific tools (e.g., CAD, Jira, Tableau).

• Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information.

• Quick to learn and apply new systems and processes.
