The Construction Inspector supports 633 CES/CENM project managers by monitoring construction and renovation projects and verifying contractor compliance with approved plans, specifications, contract requirements, applicable building codes, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and Air Force Civil Engineer guidance. Projects may include complex administrative facilities, hospitals, aircraft maintenance and industrial facilities, and utility-distribution systems supporting the F-22 FTU Beddown mission. The Construction Inspector serves as a key field representative, identifies quality and schedule concerns, documents noncompliant work, and provides timely inspection-based information to Government project managers and the Contracting Officer. A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Construction Inspector: ** Although this is not yet an approved position, we are accepting applications for this future and anticipated need.
