Duties: Responsible for discovering, synthesizing, and analyzing information from a variety of internal and external sources, including tools, processes, documentation, and stakeholders to solve complex business and technology problems through logical, well-structured solution that deliver key value across the enterprise. Act as a strategic partner to both business and technology teams, communicating requirements and findings to all levels of organization. Identify scope gaps and missing requirements by acquiring an in-depth understanding of current state and future state across highly integrated financial technology platform. Identify product team dependencies and plan for resolution. Work cross functionally to analyze and define key stakeholder business needs. Perform requirements analysis, story decomposition, system integration analysis, and data flow design. Create business requirement documents (BRDs), entity relationship diagrams, high-level logical diagrams, and NFR indexing using Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io to apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to coordinate requirements and delivery across multiple product teams, facilitate sprint planning, refine backlogs, and ensure traceability from requirements through implementation across highly integrated technology platforms. Document domain objects for Risk management products, ensuring domain objects are well-defined, organized and traceable; a critical dependency for all downstream risk systems. Regularly engage in agile activities including sprint planning and backlog grooming. Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to coordinate requirements and delivery across multiple product teams simultaneously, managing competing priorities without disrupting program milestones. Act as an advisor to the Product owner regarding next steps and approvals. Build high quality user stories and acceptance criteria; work with scrum team to refine user stories and provide requirement and design support to scrum team. Support development of user interface requirements and design by collaborating with UI/UX tools and teams. Support or develop test plans and test cases; participate in test results verification. Assist in building cross-team collaboration and define acceptance criteria for integrated components. Adhere to analysis best practices for epics and user stories. Assist in developing and maintaining policies, standards, guidelines and documentation to ensure that a consistent framework is applied across the enterprise. Apply Six Sigma principles through systematic identification and escalation of process gaps, structured root-cause analysis when requirements issues arise, and continuous improvement of documentation and traceability practices within Jira and Confluence. Utilize SQL, Tableau, R Studio, and SAS to query, clean, and validate structured datasets across enterprise applications, verify data integrity during system enhancements, perform statistical modelling including decision trees, logistic regression, principal component analysis, and produce actionable visualization reports and dashboards. Analyze business processes and system integrations using Postman, Draw.io/Visio, Automation Anywhere and OSI PI to document Software Design Documents (SDDs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), system flowcharts, and automation workflows; verify API data flows between integrated applications, identify process inefficiencies, and monitor realtime process trends to drive operational improvements across enterprise environments.
