What You Will Do:

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Nurse Managerto join ourAmbulatory Surgery Centerteam! In this role, you willoversee operations, budget and staffing for the Perioperative department. The Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, directing and evaluating nursing care and assures adherence to Hospital policies and procedures while supporting the organization's mission and vision. This role is also accountable for maintaining high-quality patient care and driving continuous performance improvement through clinical leadership, staff development, education, and collaboration.

Who Should Apply:

  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia.
  • Master's degree in Nursing required
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in hospital nursing with a track record of solid leadership and effective team management. Knowledge of leadership principles and demonstrated skills in Periop.
  • Current CPR Certification required.
  • One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
