Location: Arden Hills, MN

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday

Job Duties



  • Read and interpret job information to determine production requirements.
  • Set up and operate inserting machines to place statements and related materials into envelopes for mailing.
  • Monitor, control, and adjust machine settings, including speed and performance.
  • Inspect products using precision measuring tools and perform continuous quality checks.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues during the shift.
  • Sort and place completed letters and packages into shipping bins.
  • Follow job instructions, documentation, and quality procedures accurately.
  • Understand and utilize DRS and Count Mode processing.
  • Interpret and work with 2D barcodes to ensure accurate mail production and processing.



Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.



Experience Requirements



  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
  • Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Lettershop Operator.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
