Position Title: Operator
Wage: $19.00 per hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm Join a dynamic food manufacturing team as an Operator, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining plant safety, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient production operations. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in a collaborative environment with room for growth within the industry. Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Follow all plant safety requirements established to protect employees and company assets - Follow product quality assurance requirements as outlined in the QC manual to protect employees, product quality, integrity, food safety, and company assets - Follow all established housekeeping and record keeping requirements, keeping all areas of the plant and ground clean and organized - Operate all plant equipment - Complete all necessary production record keeping in a timely manner Operator Requirements: - Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently - Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift - Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently throughout the entire shift - Mechanically inclined - Food manufacturing experience - Follow Personal Protective Equipment and/or dress code requirements QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
