In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will lead sales efforts for medium- and low-voltage switchgear products, identifying new business opportunities while strengthening partnerships with existing customers, consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users. You will combine technical expertise with commercial strategy to develop winning solutions, influence key stakeholders, and drive profitable growth.

As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and customer service to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successful project outcomes. How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed switchgear sales objectives across the assigned territory.

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, projects, customers, and market segments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, distributors, and industry partners.

• Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and commercial discussions that create customer value and secure new business.

• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

• Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our portfolio and strengthen market presence.

• Manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through proposal development, negotiation, and order closure.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the switchgear industry or related electrical power equipment market.

• Strong technical knowledge of medium-voltage and low-voltage switchgear, circuit breakers, protection relays, and associated solutions.

• Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive business environment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
