What You'll Do:
  • Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies.
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Package and prepare products for shipment, including documenting weights and shipping information.
  • Review customer orders and fulfill material requests for production and distribution activities.
  • Operate material handling equipment and support inventory movement throughout the facility.
  • Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation while adhering to safety procedures.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or material handling operations.
  • 2+ years of experience using inventory management systems, data entry tools, or warehouse documentation processes.
  • 1+ year of experience operating material handling equipment.
  • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials up to 30 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.

  • Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution center, or high-volume warehouse environments.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and inventory optimization practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Overtime: May be required based on production and business needs.
  • Lifting Requirements: Regular lifting of materials and inventory required.
  • Work Environment: Manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution support environment.
