6-month assignment with the possibility of extension / conversion to FTE We are seeking a skilled developer with strong experience in React and Python to support the development of a custom application for entitlement management, access policy automation, workflow integration, and data governance capabilities. The candidate will work as part of a delivery team focused on building scalable, secure, and automated solutions for HR data entitlement enforcement across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Python.
- Build backend services, REST APIs, and integration components to support entitlement workflows, role management, and policy automation.
- Develop user interfaces in React for administration, approval workflows, data dictionary management, and access request tracking.
- Create Python-based automation scripts for data validation, policy mapping, workflow orchestration, and integration with enterprise tools.
- Support integration with IAM systems, Active Directory groups, ServiceNow workflows, data platforms, and entitlement/policy tools.
- Implement secure coding practices, logging, monitoring, auditability, and automated validation controls.
- Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, business stakeholders, and platform teams to deliver prioritized use cases within the project timeline.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java full stack development.
- Proficiency with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Python scripting or application development.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and database integration.
- Experience building enterprise workflow, data governance, access management, or policy automation applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, unit testing, and Agile delivery practices.
Understanding of security, RBAC/ABAC concepts, entitlement models, and data privacy controls is preferred.
