Job Overview

We are seeking a Software Automation Engineer / Power Platform Specialist to support automation within a vehicle development team. This role will focus on developing workflow automation, improving business processes, and delivering reporting and data solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Build and support SharePoint solutions, Lists, Forms, document management, and workflows.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for project metrics and business insights.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Integrate data across systems using REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, and other automation tools.
• Support Jira and Confluence workflows and integrations.
• Gather stakeholders' requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions.
• Create documentation and provide technical support for automation solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Experience with workflow automation, SharePoint, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with Jira and/or Confluence.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certification.
• Python or PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience in automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or vehicle development environments.
