Your Job DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Director, Civil Operations, to provide enterprise leadership for self-performed civil construction operations across utility-scale renewable energy projects. In this role, you will lead the strategy, systems, and teams responsible for delivering safe, predictable, and high-performing civil execution throughout the organization. You will establish the standards, workforce capabilities, and operating disciplines that improve productivity, quality, and project outcomes while creating a sustainable competitive advantage for DEPCOM. This position requires a leader who can develop people, drive continuous improvement, and build scalable operational systems that support long-term growth across a national project portfolio.
