Account Management Representatives with a background supporting customers within a manufacturing environment. The Job Duties in this position will involve working directly with customer accounts while learning the company's products, manufacturing processes, and internal procedures.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Previous customer service or account management experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience working directly with business/customer accounts.
• Knowledge of invoicing and billing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong 10-key and data-entry skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
• Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as an Account Management Representative.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
