| Position Summary |
This position will serve as the Director of Operations for the baseball program. Will oversee the creation and managing of the program budgets. Maintain recruiting database and assist in mail out notifications and visits for potential student-athletes. Coordinate team travel which may include but not limited to: booking flights or charter buses, booking hotel and meeting rooms, and any equipment needed. Schedule team meals. Acting as team liaison in any scheduling & ticket concerns. Game Day operations will include but not limited to: always be present during workouts and handle any concerns on game day. |

Manage the overall administrative operation of the baseball program to include, but not limited to: organizing and maintaining efficient office operation supporting the head coach and three assistant coaches; providing assistant to the Sports Information Director and Creative Services team as it relates to the effective internal and external communication; developing and maintaining the budget; coordinating and filtering incoming mailing and outgoing emails for prospective student-athletes corresponding with coaches and recruits. |
