Position: Postdoctoral Research Fellow Department: Hematology and Oncology Research Location: Boston, MA Schedule: 40 hours per week POSITION SUMMARY: The Dries Lab is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to develop scalable computational methods and high-performance software tools for spatial omics data analysis. Positioned at the intersection of software engineering and oncology, this role involves designing robust analytical pipelines using R, SQL, and Rust, while assisting lab members in analyzing and interpreting complex spatial datasets. Plans and executes clinical studies. Implements and modifies experimental protocols. Performs data analyses. Interprets experimental results, prepares and writes manuscripts in conjunction with principal investigators. In collaboration with PI and other researchers, presents research findings at sectional and national meetings. Assists in general clinical functions of the department as part of ongoing training. Compensation Range: $66,000.00- $96,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
