Description Medical Group Practices Nursing Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding outpatient role where you can build meaningful relationships with patients while enjoying the flexibility of a per diem schedule? Join the Primary Care team located in the MaineHealth John F. Andrews Health Center on the MaineHealth Saint Andrews Campus as a Per Diem, day shift Registered Nurse and become part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. As a Primary Care RN, you'll work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and other members of the care team to support patients across all stages of life. You'll perform patient assessments, provide telephone triage, administer medications and immunizations, assist with procedures, coordinate care, provide patient and family education, and help patients manage acute and chronic health conditions. This role offers the opportunity to use a broad range of nursing skills while developing lasting relationships with patients and families. Every day brings opportunities to promote preventive care, support chronic disease management, educate patients, coordinate services, and serve as a trusted resource throughout each patient's healthcare journey. Working as a Per Diem, day shift RN provides flexibility while allowing you to continue using your clinical expertise in a supportive outpatient environment. You'll work alongside an experienced team that values collaboration, communication, and relationship-centered care. Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
