On-Target Earnings: $72,560 - $102,560
Location: West Plains, MO (Onsite)

The Business Retention Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting business accounts to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire account lifecycle. This role serves as a key point of contact for business members, collaborating across departments to resolve issues, maintain account integrity, and support member retention and growth.

Responsibilities:

* Manage assigned business accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day membership needs.
* Maintain accurate member account records through phone, email, and online communication channels.
* Monitor account activity and status, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure a seamless member experience.
* Respond to inbound calls and member inquiries in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner.
* Provide accurate information, guidance, and support to business members to enhance satisfaction and long-term retention.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong member relationships.
* Collaborate with internal departments to support account management, issue resolution, and service excellence.
* Contribute to team success by meeting or exceeding established service, productivity, and quality metrics.
* Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
* Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and support business growth initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required.
* Experience in account management, member retention, membership services, or business-to-business customer support preferred.
