What We're Looking For:

A hands-on and service-driven Supervisor of Pool Services who ensures our pool areas deliver a safe, clean, and relaxing experience for every guest. You'll support the Manager in overseeing daily operations, lead by example, and guide a team dedicated to maintaining pristine facilities and providing exceptional service.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in daily operations of pools, hot tubs, and surrounding areas

  • Monitor water quality and report any issues to management

  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of pool decks, furniture, and amenities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with poolside requests

  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and escalate when necessary

  • Promote poolside offerings and seasonal activities

  • Supervise pool attendants and lifeguards during shifts

  • Provide on-the-job guidance and reinforce safety and service standards

  • Assist with scheduling and timekeeping as directed by the Manager

  • Enforce pool rules and monitor guest activity to ensure safety

  • Maintain certifications and ensure team compliance with local health regulations

  • Support emergency response protocols when needed

Other Responsibilities

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Regularly lift up to 45 pounds, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk

  • Stand for extended periods during shifts

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Food and Beverage Restaurant Experience is required

  • One to two years of lead or supervisor restaurant experience preferred.

  • Liquor and beverage knowledge preferred.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.

  • Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent guest service skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written with team members, leaders and guests required.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
