Hiring Vascular Neurohospitalist for Busy Level II Academic Medical Center - Reno/Tahoe

Renown Health and University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine (UNR Med) are recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Neurologist to join our growing and well-supported Neurology program within our Neurology Medicine Section of the Department of Medicine.

Vascular Fellowship is mandatory.

Strong experience in ICU a must. Vascular Neurologists round in the NeuroICU treating severe brain hemorrhage, ischemic stroke management, oversee care of complex neurological conditions and prepare the patient for post-acute rehabilitation. Ability to "read and treat" MRI, CT, CTA.

The Neurologist will be a part of the Stroke Team when on shift and help teach Residents and medical students as Joint Faculty with University of Nevada Reno Medical School. This is an Employed position with Renown Medical Group
