Pay Rate: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 4 PM (can be flexible with the start time)

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse inventory systems.
  • Ability to read work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory records.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices preferred.


Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years of forklift experience (order picker, stand-up, reach truck).
  • At least 3 years of experience using computer-based inventory control systems.
  • Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, shipping, receiving, and material handling.
  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, or high-lift trucks preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of inventory procedures, accuracy standards, and warehouse best practices.


Physical Capabilities

  • Regularly stand, reach, handle materials, and use hands throughout the workday.
  • Occasionally walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and sit as needed.
  • Lift, move, push, or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling machinery.
  • Must have good vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus on detailed work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Job Duties

  • Receive, store, pick, pack, issue, and deliver inventory materials accurately and on time.
  • Load and unload transfer trucks and support daily shipping and receiving operations.
  • Operate forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment following safety guidelines.
  • Process transfer orders and prepare materials to support production and customer needs.
  • Verify inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
  • Package and protect materials to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
  • Maintain proper identification, tracking, and storage of inventory items.
  • Monitor inventory availability and assist with urgent material requests.
  • Perform inventory transactions, serial number tracking, and delivery confirmations in warehouse systems.
  • Support warehouse operations by completing additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
