APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Manufacturing Engineering Intern The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will support safety, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives in a manufacturing environment that includes both assembly and automated production systems. This role offers hands-on experience across production, warehouse, and maintenance operations while working closely with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and revise work instructions, SOPs, and other manufacturing documentation. Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and assist with implementing corrective actions for safety findings. Lead and support continuous improvement and optimization projects. Design, prototype, trial, and implement process improvements, including solutions developed using 3D printing technology. Collaborate with production, maintenance, warehouse, quality, and engineering teams to identify and solve operational challenges. Collect and analyze data to support process improvements and decision-making. Present project findings, recommendations, and solution proposals to stakeholders and leadership teams. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: HS Diploma or GED - Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field What Sets You Apart: CAD and/or 3D printing experience is a plus.
