APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Design, develop, analyze, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems, circuits, and electronic hardware. Support research and development activities from concept generation through prototype testing and validation. Develop electrical architectures and solutions that meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. Conduct circuit analysis, modeling, testing, and design verification activities. Collaborate with software, systems, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering teams to integrate product solutions. Evaluate component selections, design alternatives, and technology tradeoffs. Support product development, prototype builds, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Document designs, analyses, test results, and engineering recommendations. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, electronics design, power systems, product development, or related engineering environments with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree. 3+ years of experience designing, analyzing, testing, or troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems. 3+ years of experience utilizing electrical design tools, CAD platforms, simulation software, or circuit analysis tools. 2+ years of experience supporting product development, engineering validation, or research and development projects. 2+ years of experience collaborating across cross-functional engineering teams. 2+ years of experience working with Battery Management Systems (BMS), including lithium-ion battery technologies. 2+ years of experience supporting power electronics, power distribution, power conversion, or high-voltage system design. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline. What Sets You Apart: Experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting mixed-signal electronic circuits. Experience reading and analyzing schematics, circuit card designs, and electrical documentation. Knowledge of high-voltage electronics, battery systems, and power management architectures. Experience with concept development, modeling, prototyping, and engineering validation activities. Experience working closely with software, systems, and mechanical engineering teams. Familiarity with reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability considerations during product design. Strong research, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify opportunities to apply automation, AI, or emerging technologies to improve engineering processes.
