What You'll Do:
  • Design, develop, analyze, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems, circuits, and electronic hardware.
  • Support research and development activities from concept generation through prototype testing and validation.
  • Develop electrical architectures and solutions that meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
  • Conduct circuit analysis, modeling, testing, and design verification activities.
  • Collaborate with software, systems, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering teams to integrate product solutions.
  • Evaluate component selections, design alternatives, and technology tradeoffs.
  • Support product development, prototype builds, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document designs, analyses, test results, and engineering recommendations.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, electronics design, power systems, product development, or related engineering environments with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, analyzing, testing, or troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing electrical design tools, CAD platforms, simulation software, or circuit analysis tools.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting product development, engineering validation, or research and development projects.
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating across cross-functional engineering teams.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Battery Management Systems (BMS), including lithium-ion battery technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting power electronics, power distribution, power conversion, or high-voltage system design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting mixed-signal electronic circuits.
  • Experience reading and analyzing schematics, circuit card designs, and electrical documentation.
  • Knowledge of high-voltage electronics, battery systems, and power management architectures.
  • Experience with concept development, modeling, prototyping, and engineering validation activities.
  • Experience working closely with software, systems, and mechanical engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability considerations during product design.
  • Strong research, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to apply automation, AI, or emerging technologies to improve engineering processes.
