Preschool Instructional Paraprofessional

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a Preschool Instructional Paraprofessional at Richfield Dual Language Elementary School (RDLS) beginning the 2026-27 school year.

Requirements:
Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation, having 1 of the 3 listed below:

1. Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript).
2. have an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript).
3. Obtained a passing score on the MN approved assessment ParaPro or ParaEducator exam, both measuring math and reading skills (Certification).

Preferred:

• Spanish Fluency preferred.
• Experience working in a Pre-school or similar environment preferred.

Pay Rate: $23.19 - $26.30 (Based on education and experience).
