The Order Selector fulfills customers' orders in a warehouse by operating a forklift or an electric pallet jack. The position is responsible for picking product, palletizing customer orders, and finally staging and loading the orders onto a truck for delivery. * Fulfill customer orders using a forklift or pallet jack * Project a friendly, professional image at all times * Prioritize multiple, competing priorities * Ensure company equipment is in safe, working condition; reports any incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor * Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy * Ensure work area is organized, clean, and free of trash * Attend meetings as required * Prior forklift experience preferred * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments * Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment * Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail * Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities * Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations * Must be able to read and write English * Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear * Must be 18 yrs. or older to apply We offer employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in collaborative, results-driven environments supported by competitive benefits, including: Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match + 100% Company-Paid Profit Sharing Paid Time Off & Holidays Wellness, EAP & Educational Assistance At Ben E.
