You understand Workday and will use this knowledge to solve a range of problems to ensure our HR system is optimized to meet our needs. You will maintain timely, accurate HR system data and improve our business processes, removing pain points. You will produce and analyze reports and metrics and support functional areas with HR system operations.

What you will do:

  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Workday Core HCM, including Supervisory Organizations, Additional Organizations, and Business Processes.

  • Provide Tier 2 Workday support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving escalated incidents and service requests while delivering timely and high-quality customer service.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to business processes, configuration, security, organizational structures, reporting, and data, escalating complex issues to appropriate resources when necessary.

  • Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve system functionality and operational efficiency.

  • Manage assigned support tickets from intake through resolution, providing clear and timely communication to users and stakeholders.

  • Assist with Workday configuration changes and enhancements based on business requirements.

  • Develop and maintain Workday custom reports, leveraging a foundational understanding of Calculated Fields to support business and reporting needs.

  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into effective Workday solutions.

  • Participate in testing for Workday configuration changes, enhancements, production deployments, and releases, including regression testing and validation of new functionality.

  • Maintain and update SOPs, knowledge articles, business process documentation, and troubleshooting guides to ensure procedures remain accurate, consistent, and easy to follow.

  • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and other cross-functional teams to support Workday initiatives and ongoing system improvements.

  • Apply project management skills to support HR initiatives and special projects, including coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and assisting with project execution from planning through completion.

  • Perform other related duties and participate in special initiatives as assigned.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 2 years of experience using or maintaining Workday.

  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and operations.

Compensation Range:

$80,000.00-$95,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
