What You'll Do

• Act as a senior client lead, adept at translating complex business objectives into effective, culturally relevant social strategies, building immense trust with key stakeholders.
• Provide creative stewardship, ensuring all social work is strategically aligned, on-brand, and meticulously crafted to perform optimally in real-time digital environments.
• Oversee high-volume, fast-turn content production across diverse platforms, including popular social media channels and emerging digital spaces.
• Drive cross-functional leadership, aligning internal teams, client partners, and external vendors to ensure efficient and scalable delivery of work.
• Cultivate a collaborative and accountable culture that prioritizes speed and efficiency without ever compromising on creative quality.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of agency experience, demonstrating deep expertise in social and digital content strategy and execution.
• Proven track record of leading fast-paced, high-volume social programs for prominent brands.
• Strong understanding of various social platforms, content formats, and end-to-end production workflows.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, with comfort and experience operating at senior leadership levels.
• Demonstrated ability to guide teams through ambiguous situations, maintaining momentum and morale while achieving objectives.
